We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing warehouse team!

Bonus points if you have a box truck driver's license and are willing to get behind the wheel! (We can train you on the specifics of the route, but experience is a plus.)

Position – Warehouse Lead

Job Location – Menomonee Falls, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8am-4:30pm)

Starting Pay – $20 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities -

• Picking and counting items to fulfill orders
• Loading, unloading, and moving products (by hand, tote, or skid)
• Verifying products for accuracy and damage using item numbers, descriptions, and RF equipment
• Batching orders and assigning packing slips
• Operating a basic electric pallet jack
• Contributing to a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications or must haves

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs (most lifting is collaborative)
• Willingness to work overtime if needed (although rarely at this location)

A plus if you have:

• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping (we can train you, though)
• Box truck driver's license
