Now that you have your Class A CDL no one will hire you because you have no experience yet. We will.
We will hire 15 CDL trainees in the next two weeks. Freight is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty.
You will go out for 30 days all over the country for OTR training. This is 30 days straight. No days off, just like basic training in the military. This is only for your first 30 days.
Upon successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis.
After you have completed training you will start bringing in huge pay checks ranging from $1100~$1600 per week on average.
At the moment we have 15 positions for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally before getting home for your days off.
After your approval you will be scheduled for our 3 day orientation in the Dallas area. Hotel and travel paid for. Once finished you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training.
During training drivers will stay out for 30 days straight not coming home during that time. You will earn $650.00 per week salary during this period.
The goal is to shape you into a great confidant safe successful driver.
Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own company truck and a big pay raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
When you come work with us we won’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We offer several divisions. Van, Reefer and Flatbed.
If you want to earn between $1400-$1700 per week as a “flatbed” driver, all you have to do is let us know. We have a tie down class that we offer. Also we offer flatbed trainers.
We are currently offering Academy tuition reimbursement up to 1,000.
