About the Role:
This is a non-supervisory position requiring in-office attendance. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely, accurate, and empathetic guidance over the phone. • Manage prescription refill requests, lab/radiology communication, and patient messaging in collaboration with clinic staff.
  • Follow triage guidelines and standing orders to provide appropriate advice or escalate cases.
  • Provide education and reassurance to patients and caregivers.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic phone presence.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
