We are looking for a talented and thoughtful Senior Videographer to lead the charge on all things video at XOi. In this role, you will shape how we tell our story, bringing our brand, our customers, and our purpose to life through content that feels real, clear, and engaging.

You will take the lead from concept through delivery, owning everything from idea generation and scripting to shooting and editing. You will be producing a wide range of video content, including customer stories and testimonials, product explainer videos, event recaps, paid ads, internal team culture highlights, and social media content tailored for channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

This is a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who loves storytelling, knows how to make the complex feel simple, and is excited about creating video that resonates with real people across a variety of formats and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of video projects that align with XOi’s go-to-market and content strategies

• Product a wide variety of video content - from marketing and sales collateral to thought leadership and brand storytelling

• Capture and create compelling video coverage of company events, both internal and external

• Craft meaningful multimedia stories using video, photography, and light animation to inform, inspire, and connect with our audience

• Own the organization, structure and storage of XOi video content

• Develop a strong understanding of XOi’s product, features, and customer needs to create product-focused video content that truly resonates

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Executive Leadership to surface storytelling opportunities and bring complex ideas to life visually

• Establish and uphold video production guidelines, brand visuals, and workflows to ensure consistency, quality and scalability across all video assets

• Use performance data, metrics and viewer insights to evaluate video effectiveness and inform future content planning for continuous focus on improving engagement and ROI

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in filming and editing, or a relevant degree combined with a strong portfolio of production work in a corporate environment or supporting corporate clients

• Proactive and driven self-starter who takes initiative on projects and comfortably maintains productivity while balancing weekly filming and editing expectations

• Skilled with DSLR and mirrorless camera formats shooting real-time 24fps, as well as slow-motion B-Roll

• Proficient in industry standard editing tools (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut)

• Familiarity and experience with industry standard animation software for basic templated titles and lower thirds

• Proficient with aerial piloting and filming using DJI drones

• Ability to field produce and story produce a project from concept to completion (including, storyboarding, producing and shaping narrative)

• Experienced in writing interview questions and video scripts

• Comfortable running multi-camera setups and adapting to a variety of production environments

• Experienced in recording and mixing audio for interviews, voiceovers, or live event settings

• Advanced knowledge of color correction, color grading, video codecs, and exporting to different platforms with optimized file sizes

• Proficient in all video-specific platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, Frame.io, etc

• Demonstrated experience using performance metrics and analytics reporting to evaluate video reach and effectiveness

• Travel: Must be willing to travel, as needed, for production requests
