We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will provide expert guidance, advice and support to our clients in the design, development, and implementation of a wide range of creative projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts and solutions that align with clients' business goals and target audience.
  • Design and develop a wide range of visual content, including brand identities, logos, digital assets, print materials, and web graphics.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team, including project managers, content developers, and other designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on design-related matters, including typography, color theory, and design trends.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date on emerging design and technology trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines and project requirements are met.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and creative teams.
  • Participate in client presentations, showcasing designs and communicating the design rationale.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other related software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and present them to clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with emerging design trends and technology advancements.
