En este rol, serás responsable de mantener un contacto regular con nuestros clientes existentes para asegurarte de que estén satisfechos con nuestros servicios y resolver cualquier consulta o inconveniente que puedan tener. Realizarás llamadas de cortesía y enviarás comunicaciones de seguimiento para recopilar comentarios y detectar oportunidades de mejora en nuestra oferta de beneficios. Cuando un cliente tenga una pregunta o requiera asistencia adicional, te encargarás de gestionar internamente la respuesta adecuada, coordinando con los departamentos correspondientes y volviendo al cliente con soluciones precisas y rápidas. Este puesto de medio tiempo, en modalidad remota, requiere habilidades interpersonales sobresalientes y la capacidad de comunicarte en español e inglés de forma clara y cordial.
