Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate? We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support real estate agents. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Manage CRM, track leads, and update client databases • Handle email and calendar management • Assist with transaction coordination and document preparation • Conduct property research and generate reports • Create and schedule social media content • Support marketing campaigns and listing promotions • Follow up with leads, clients, and vendors • Provide general administrative support to real estate agents Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (real estate experience ONLY) • Strong knowledge of CRM tools • Familiarity with MLS, real estate contracts, and transaction coordination is a plus • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized with great attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management tools About Company: Performance Team Real Estate is one of Texas' fastest-growing real estate companies.
