**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually feeding product to the conveyor belt, operating infeed product to cookers, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices. **Responsibilities** + Manually feed bulk product to the conveyor belt. + Operate infeed product to cookers. + Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices. + Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner while wearing appropriate PPE as required for the task. + Follow all Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). + Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities with employees, visitors, and vendors. + Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; be available to work any shift, overtime, or holidays as required. + Cover the absence of other personnel as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, packaging, and food manufacturing. + Ability to operate machinery and equipment related to production and packing. + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices. + Ability to work weekends. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and become part of a company that values integrity, safety, and consistent performance. The work environment includes handling bulk products and operating machinery. Employees are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety guidelines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Gate, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
