About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager with strong leadership and collaborative skills to oversee and manage direct tax, indirect tax & SEZ compliance. The role requires to perform tax accounting and lead statutory and internal audits for the Insight group entities in India. This role is critical to ensuring tax compliance, optimizing tax positions and supporting financial reporting under IGAAP.
The ideal candidate will be AI-literate and demonstrate a strong willingness to apply AI and automation tools to transform tax and audit operations.
Oversee and manage the monthly withholding tax compliances ensuring timely resolution of any issue as they arise.
Possess strong knowledge in preparation of quarterly withholding tax return including forms 26Q and 27Q.
Prepares withholding tax reconciliation and proactively address issues or discrepancies.
Ensures timely and accurate preparation of Deferred Tax Asset (DTA) and Deferred Tax Liability (DTL) provisions and corresponding reconciliations.

What we’re looking for
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Indian direct tax, indirect tax compliance and advisory, preferably in a multinational or large corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of the Income Tax Act, 1961, GST law, SEZ law and relevant international tax regulations.
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax standards (IGAAP, Ind AS, ICDS, etc.). Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
