This advanced manufacturer is a global corporation who has experienced tremendous growth and success over the past several years.  They are currently searching for a talented and experienced Maintenance Manager.   This individual will enjoy the utmost job stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to have success and career growth. 

The current opening is for a Maintenance Manager.  Main duties include:

• Direct and manage all activities associated with maintaining equipment and facilities
• Oversee and direct the work of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians
• Schedule preventative maintenance activities
• Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility
• Ensure production lines are kept in excellent condition
• Maintain proper stock of parts
• Develop and oversee the total maintenance and capital project yearly budgets
• Develop long-range budget projections
• Ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications include:

• B.S. degree in engineering
• In lieu of schooling, comparable work experience will be considered
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership function
• Past work experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Knowledge in manufacturing MRO systems
• TPM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and preventative maintenance
• Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills
