Job Description

We are currently looking for an Asset/Move Project Manager II - Relocation PM (LACCD SAC 474)  for our contract with Los Angeles Community College District.

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be in located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Salary Range: $138K - $154K

 

Minimum Requirements

Required Experience/Skills:

• 4 year College Degree in the areas of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management or related area required. 
• 12-20 years of project management and coordination experience in fields related to Move/Relocation Management, Project Management, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or Coordination/Procurement of Furniture, Fixture and Equipment. 
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings. 
• Knowledge of furniture and equipment specifications and procurement. 
• Flexibility to work at any of the District colleges and site locations. 
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam software. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Educational and Public Works experience. 
• Procurement, FF&E sourcing or asset management experience. 
• Knowledge/proficiency in AutoCAD software. 
• Proficiency in Visio or Design software. 
• Interior Design Certification CID, CCIDQ 
• Membership with IIDA, AIA, IFMA, LEED Certified. 

Compensation:
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
