Title: Jr. Procedure Writer
Duration: 9 month+ Contract
Location: Cincinnati, OH (3 days on site)
Compensation: $32-36/hr.

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, reviewing, and rewriting all Wealth Management Credit Operations and Lending Center procedures. You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a comprehensive repository using PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procedure Management: Organize, review, and rewrite procedures for Wealth Management Credit Operations and Lending Center to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Repository Creation: Develop and manage a centralized repository for procedures using PowerBI, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Document Management: Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to update, format, write, and organize documentation and procedures.
• Team Interaction: Work closely with a dedicated team of 4 and interact with a broader network of 250 colleagues in the WM Lending Center and WM Banking Regionals across the country.

Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus but not required.
