HVAC Lead Installers are needed to help our loyal and rapidly growing client base!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

HVAC Lead Installers who can complete residential installs on their own and train the next up-and-coming generation to become lead installers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work our dispatchers to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
• Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Train and develop HVAC Install Apprentices.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3 years + of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor
• RMGA and EPA Certifications preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
• Valid driver's license 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
