We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care and school nursing for elementary age clients.. Available shifts are seven days a week 12 hour shifts. One weekend day is required.
We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:
* Medication set up and oversight
* Tube feeding
* Oxygen therapy
* Hoyer and wheelchair
* Wound care
* Attending school with the child
* Assisting in childhood development

RN and LPN Responsibilities:
*
Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care
*
Provide in home assessments
*
Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
*
Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
RN and LPN Requirements
* Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience
*
Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
*
Certified CPR Certification
*
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
*
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
*
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
*
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
