Job detailsDeliver engaging English ESL lessons to young learners aged 4 to 12, focusing on the development of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skillsTeach small groups of 5 to 12 students, ensuring personalized attention and active participationConduct 1.5-hour classes in a structured and interactive format designed to enhance language proficiency.Work a fixed 40-hour schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, including teaching hours, lesson preparation, and related dutiesMaintain a professional and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence in using EnglishQualificationsBachelor’s degree or aboveTEFL or other teaching certificationMinimum of 3 years of teaching experience with young learners Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 22,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMBFlight reimbursement of 6,000 RMB a year (after 6 months)Annual bonus provided of one month’s salaryNational holidaysTen days annual leave and 1 additional day for each working yearChristmas holidayPaid sick leaveOn-going training and academic support
