Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees in division
- Confirm that all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified
- Ensure all roughs and trims are going out on time and being quality walked
- Quality walk / punch items are being completed
- Be able to project (2-4) weeks of jobs and be staffed appropriately
- Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Mentor employees
- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Who We're Looking For
- Residential Wireman electrical license or better
- (5) years residential supervisor experience
- Ability to manage 2-8 supervisors and 5-10 subcontractors
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
- Willingness to learn our Low Voltage business as well
- Ability to recruit service techs and subcontractors
- Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
Required Education & Experience - At least 1 years of experience in electrical project management
- Experience in home automation or related field is a significant advantage
