Job Title: Destination Wedding Expert

Overview: We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Destination Wedding Expert. In this role, you will specialize in curating breathtaking destination weddings, working closely with couples to create a dream wedding experience in some of the most beautiful and exotic locations around the world. You will handle every aspect of the wedding, from venue selection to travel logistics, ensuring that each celebration is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Wedding Planning : Work directly with couples to understand their vision, designing personalized destination wedding packages that include venues, accommodations, activities, and local experiences.
• Destination Expertise : Offer expert advice on top wedding destinations, from tropical beach resorts to historic cities, ensuring the couple’s chosen location perfectly matches their style and preferences.
• Vendor & Venue Coordination : Partner with trusted wedding venues, planners, photographers, florists, and other local vendors to ensure every detail is taken care of, from the ceremony to the reception.
• Complete Event Coordination : Manage all logistics, including travel arrangements for the couple and their guests, accommodations, event timelines, and special requests to ensure a smooth and seamless event.
• Client Support & Consultation : Provide ongoing support to clients through the planning process, offering guidance, suggestions, and addressing any concerns or special needs.
• Problem Solving : Handle any unexpected challenges or changes with professionalism, ensuring that the wedding experience stays on track and remains stress-free.
• Post-Wedding Follow-up : Stay in touch with clients after the wedding to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction, using their experiences to improve future weddings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning, wedding coordination, or the travel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of popular wedding destinations and local wedding customs and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Passion for weddings, travel, and creating unforgettable moments for couples.
• Experience working with wedding vendors, resorts, and venues is a plus.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for communication, bookings, and coordination.
